Green Drink Magic - Health Trick

With a touch of magic, I'm going to show you how to make a health smoothie / green drink that can change your life. We are making a green smoothie as we are leaving in all the fiber when we blend. This is not juicing!

They say that your body takes care of you the first 40 years, then you take care of it the last 40 years! I turned 40 in 2000 and keeping my body healthy has been something I've taken very serious since high school… I still do, but I've found ways to make it fun. Enjoy this magical production of a health drink that is loaded with vegetables but does not taste like it!



Ingredients:

Cutie orange or slice of orange with peel
Tiny bite of lime with skin
A couple bites of apple
Small handful of blueberries
Half of a celery
Half of a carrot
Two inch slice of zucchini
Slice of avocado
Half small tomato
Two inch slice of cucumber
Small chunk of cabbage
Large handful of spinach
Half leaf of rainbow chard or kale
Optional small piece of hot pepper
Small piece of bell pepper
Shot of favorite pure juice
Pineapple
Optional touch of ginger

Of course you can add about anything. I often add bok choy and other colored veggies.

Math Trick to Fool Friends

There are a huge variety of self working magic tricks and riddles out there. Some involve clever set ups. Others involve specific movements while some involved specific language. Here's a math trick/riddle that involves just a touch of psychology. Enjoy!

Follow the printed rules and start from the TOP and work your way down quickly. The simple fact that you know there is something going on will make it hard for you to be natural, but simply try.

Isn't it amazing how easily the mind is conditioned?  A simple repeated pattern where we deal with the "thousands" makes it difficult to switch back to the "tenths". I've heard answers such as 5100, 7100, 7200 and of course the near 100% of 5000.  (By the way, the answer is 4100 if this keeps tricking you.)

Bridlewood Winery Amazing Race

Bridlewood Winery is "Amazing"! I'm not just saying that because they are the starting point of tonight's Amazing Race on CBS! Read on...

From NLF Hall of Fame parties and movie shoots to company parties and wedding receptions, it's always a top notch affair! In addition to these photos, I thought I'd share some recent commercials that were filmed at Bridlewood Estate Winery for a nearby casino. Yours truly was in the entire campaign. In the first video, you can see me at the winery barrel room at .04 seconds and again in a nearby ranch riding a horse at .11 seconds. The scenic car scene was on a nearby road. It's a beautiful area indeed.

In the second commercial, you see my hands at the opening pulling out a wine bottle in Bridlewood's wine tasting room. At .04 seconds, you see my hand again holding a glass of wine and finally holding a wine passport filmed in their barrel room.

Commercial Magic Super Bowl

Fun Super Bowl commercials make the game more fun to watch with friends! This years Super Bowl was no exception and yours truly was a consultant for a campaign for Coast Hills Credit Union. How to Prank Someone

This prank is perfect for the office, at home or at a party... It's ranked as the perfect prank in my book because it meets all the requirements for a quality prank:



1. Anyone can do it

2. It costs nothing
3. It takes seconds to set up

4. The victim does it to themselves

5. The victim is caught at a vulnerable moment 



The best pranks or tricks catch people when they are vulnerable... and when an illusion is created in their own mind!



HERE'S WHAT YOU DO:

Go to a bathroom and make sure the toilet paper roll is hanging outwards... leave one or two squares dangling to pull easily...

When they pull on the toilet paper... They prank themselves! Simply attach a fake spider on the bottom of the roll and it will eventually be pulled around by someone sitting on the toilet. The illusion that the spider is running toward them is so real that you will certainly scare the **** out of them! 



So to recap.


1. Turn Roll Facing Outwards and pull down about 4-5 squares
2. Attach Spider in the correct direction

3. Roll the spider underneath and out of sight leaving 1-2 squares dangling!

4. Wait for someone to scream
